We are committed to continuing to provide the highest level of care to our customer's dogs during this time. In response to the current health crisis, we've changed our operations significantly to ensure we're able to continue taking care of the dogs in our care, and to continue providing quality dog training to folks who need it.
Beginning March 17th, 2020, we are limiting the number of dogs we are training at one time. As a result of the limited number of dogs we're accepting, we've temporarily reduced our staff to just our two senior trainers--Gene and John. They will take care of and train the dogs in our care. They will also provide the follow up lessons, one-on-one, for all of our new customers.
Just for the record, we're disinfecting all high touch surfaces and seating between each lesson, and many of the lessons will occur outdoors to add to everyone's safety.
We're meeting people only by appointment, and we are not staffing the front desk. To contact us, call us at 919-969-2771 or send us a message on our contact page.
We are keeping an eye on the situation as it evolves and will revise these policies as needed. Hopefully things will return to normal soon.
In the mean time, be careful, wash your hands a lot, and remember that this too shall pass.
Thank you and good luck,
Owner and Senior Trainer
