The way the program works is pretty simple. You drop your dog off with us for training. We schedule drop-offs Monday through Thursday. You pick your dog up three weeks later. Go-homes usually take place on Tuesdays.
Every training program comes with four lessons for you, the owner. The first lesson occurs the week before your dog's go-home day. The second lesson is on your dog's go-home day. The third lesson occurs the week after you get your dog back, and the final lesson is one week after that.
We offer group lessons four days a week at 4pm. Lesson 1 is on Mondays. Lesson 2 is on Tuesdays. Lesson 3 is on Wednesdays, and lesson 4 is on Thursdays. One of the benefits of this schedule is that if you have to miss a lesson, you just come the following week on the same day. All group lessons are at 4pm.
Or, you can schedule a one-on-one lesson with one of our trainers at another time of day.
There are several benefits to our group lesson format.
- Late afternoons are the times that everyone needs, which is why we schedule all of our group lessons at 4pm.
- If you miss a lesson, simply let us know and come the following week or set up a one-on-one.
- As a class, you'll learn from each others successes and mistakes.
- In group instruction, you get to practice operating your dog using the other dogs as distractions. (Don't worry, there's always a trainer in the room.)
